I am almost completely satisfied with this backpack. It is very versatile and works equally well for work and leisure, particularly while cycling in the rain :) It also functions well as a weekend bag and a carry on when flying because it is spacious and structured.
It would be perfect with the addition of two things, first a side zipper, because it is quite deep and dark and sometimes I cannot see all the way to the bottom; Second, adding some sort of a more versatile closure for the folding /roll top, the way it is now makes the corners of the top stick out in angles if the top is only folded not rolled (to keep the orange strip visible in traffic), which obstructs my vision when I look behind me when cycling. I fold the corners of those in but a strap to secure them would be a great addition.
