Between these hours, feel free to call and talk to anyone of us with regards to product questions, sizing issues etc. Outside of these times, there is a 24 hour messaging service – leave a message with your contact details and we will get back to you ASAP. Can I speak to someone?Absolutely, we prefer customers calling us as it is always good to talk things through and have a general chat. Just give us a call on 01872 554481 and we will answer your questions. Will my details be secure?All payment information is encrypted over a secure SSL server, so we never see or have access to payment information such as your card details. Can I have a refund if I’m not happy?Absolutely. If you are not happy with your product, for whatever reason, please either call us and let us know you are sending your garments back, or drop us an email to order@finisterreuk.com, quoting your order number. If you can let us know why you are returning your garments, please do so, as we are always looking for areas to improve our garments and service. We will refund the amount to the card you used to purchase the garments within 2 working days. We will also refund your total order amount, and unlike many other companies, we also refund your postage. How do I exchange my order?Please call or email and let us know. Alternatively, please just send the garment back, including a note detailing what you want exchanged and where you want it sent. When will I receive my order?All orders will be processed and dispatched the same day, up till 3pm. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next day. Be aware that orders received after 4pm Friday will not be dispatched till Monday. Where is my order?We use Royal Mail to deliver our garments, and all orders are sent First Class. If your order has not turned up please let us know on 01872 554481. We can send goods with a courier or recorded service, please either select this option when ordering or let us know by phone or email. Will my details be kept private?All information you provide to us is strictly private and confidential. As dictated by the Data Protection Act, we will treat all such information including name, address and email in the strictest of confidence. Customer information will not be disclosed to or shared with any persons outside of Finisterre. What should I use to wash my garments?All wash care instructions are included inside each garment, please follow these carefully. We recommend Nikwax cleaning and re-proofing products for our Nikwax garments. For more on washing garments, click here. |
